Pumpkin juice
500 g pumpkin, unskinned
1 lemon
100 g sugar
Grate pumpkin.
Squeeze lemon to get 50 ml of lomen juice.
Put sugar into 1 liter of water and boil it.
When it will starts to boil, put grated pumpkin in water.
Make it boil again and take away from stove, wait until it will become cooler.
Add lemon juice and shake up in blender.
