Pies with apples
Dough:
600 g flour
400 ml kefir
(instead of kefir I think is possible to use buttermilk. But not sure about it)
150 ml vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp soda
Filling:
Apples (I took 700-800 g)
All of it need to mix. For each pie take some dough, roll it a little. Then put the stuffing inside.(Instead of apples you can put cabbage, or cottage cheese, or anything else). Add some sugar. You can add a small piece of butter on stuffing.
Place all pies on a greased baking sheet and put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees (celsius) for 35 minutes.
