Honey cake "Miracle"
Dough:
3 1/2 cups flour
2 table spoons honey
60g butter
1 cup white sugar
1 1/2 bananas
2 tsp soda
Cream cake:
1 cup white sugar
1/2 bananas
1 cup milk
250g softened butter
vanillin
1/2 cup sour cream
1 table spoon flour
First let's make dough. In a large bowl, combine honey, butter and sugar. Put in a water bath (Put bowl on smaller saucepan with boiling water in it.) until sugar dissolves.
Make banana puree and add to bowl. Mix for 5 mins.
Add soda and continue to mix. Dough will become a little large.
Add 2 1/2 cup flour. Remove from heat.
1 cup flour put on the table. Dough put on flour. Mix it and divide into 7 pieces.
Put some flour on the table. Roll each piece of dough (cake layer) very thin and place it on a greased baking sheet, put it in an oven preheated to 200 degrees (celsius) for 3-5 minutes.

Now let's make cream for our cake. Add sugar in banana puree, mix. Add 1 table spoon flour, vanillin, mix. Add milk. Put in a water bath, wait until it will start to boil. Remove from heat and allow to cool a little. Add softened butter. Whip for 10 mins. Add sour cream. Cream for cake is ready. But if it didn't start to thicken, better wait a little to make it easier to smear cake layers. Smear each cake layer, put cake in fridge for 5 hours.
